Can I remove grommets?
Grommets may only be removed through our FX program, which has a 4-week lead time and supports Wilsonart or Formica standard laminates.
Can I have a fixed main surface with height adjustable return and vice versa?
Yes, the main surface can be different from the return. A fixed return used with a HAT desk will require a C-leg for support.
Can we replace legs with surface supporting pedestals?
Our pedestals are not surface-supporting. Surface-supporting storage is available through our 2H steel laterals or laminate laterals.
Can I add a modesty panel that goes to the floor?
Only available through our FX program. This option has a 4-week lead time and must use Wilsonart or Formica laminate.
Can BLADE benching be moved around or taken apart to use elsewhere?
Yes. For reconfigurations, we recommend requesting a quote from our design team. A designer can determine whether your existing components can be reused. Since pods are typically quoted to be as cost-effective and streamlined as possible, they often share legs, cable trays, and power components.
How does hardwired power work?
Hardwired power connects through a floor or wall core using an infeed and distributes power between stations using jumpers. Power poles are available when access from the ceiling is needed. Power is housed in a harness within each cable tray, allowing users to plug in as needed.
